Your Profile
Developer Relations (DevRel)
- Act as a technical ambassador for the API Gateway platform within the developer community.
- Host and chair developer drop-in clinics to support adoption and usage.
- Engage with developers via corporate platforms like Discourse and the Developer Portal.
- Provide hands-on guidance for self-service onboarding and usage of the platform.
- Continuously improve developer experience by gathering feedback and enhancing documentation, tooling, and workflows.
Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
- Be part of a small, globally distributed SRE team supporting a critical production platform.
- Participate in the Level 2 (L2) support rota for production systems.
- Troubleshoot incidents across the stack, identifying issues in upstream/downstream components.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders during production incidents in a corporate environment.
Your Role
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, API Gateway architecture, and authentication/authorization (AuthN/AuthZ) mechanisms.
- Experience troubleshooting distributed systems and identifying root causes across services.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab or GitHub.
- Comfortable working in Linux environments (RHEL8 on VMs).
- Exposure to container platforms like OpenShift (OCP).
- Experience with observability tools such as Splunk, DXAPM, and Vault.
- Flexible and open to learning new technologies and tools.
