About our UK SAP Practice Team: Capgemini UK is a leading SAP Integration Partner, helping our clients navigate through complex SAP transformations. We work closely with our clients to transform their business together using the latest SAP products and architecture, a deep knowledge of industries and markets, and innovative delivery methodologies.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role
Solution Architecture & Design
- Develop comprehensive architecture blueprints, strategies, and multi‑year roadmaps that align HR technology with business goals.
- Translate complex business and technical requirements into clear architectural designs and solution documentation.
- Architect and implement robust, scalable, and future‑proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions, leveraging deep expertise across SuccessFactors modules and supporting technologies.
- Ensure solutions align with SAP best practices, industry standards, and client enterprise architecture frameworks.
Integration & Technical Expertise
- Clearly articulate the role of SuccessFactors within the broader ERP and enterprise application landscape, ensuring cohesive end-to-end design and data flows.
Day‑to‑Day Solution Architecture Activities
- Oversee and guide configuration design activities, ensuring configurations align with architectural principles, business requirements, and module interdependencies.
- Develop and manage configuration plans, build documentation, test plans, and technical design deliverables to support the full project lifecycle.
- Create and validate cutover strategies, including data loads, sequence planning, and solution readiness for go‑live.
- Ensure robust go‑live plans, including risk mitigation, deployment approaches, and hypercare strategies, enabling smooth transition into operational use.
- Conduct regular design reviews, issue resolution, and quality checks to maintain solution integrity throughout the implementation.
Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership
- Engage confidently with senior client stakeholders, influencing decisions and guiding them through the HR transformation journey.
- Lead and mentor high‑performing, cross‑functional teams, including onshore and offshore delivery, ensuring solution quality and consistency.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP SuccessFactors roadmap developments, new features, and relevant innovations across the HR technology ecosystem.
Advisory & Best Practice Guidance
- Advise clients on HR process optimisation, technology adoption, and implementation approaches.
- Offer thought leadership on emerging SAP technologies, ensuring clients adopt best‑in‑class practices.
Pre‑Sales & Collaboration
- Contribute to developing compelling RFP responses, solution proposals, and commercial inputs.
- Partner with wider Capgemini teams consulting, delivery, and industry specialists to shape holistic solutions.
- Build and continually strengthen your internal and external network across Capgemini, clients, and strategic partners.

Your skills and experience
- Led 3–4 full end‑to‑end SAP SuccessFactors implementations in a Solution Architect capacity, demonstrating ownership of design, integration, and delivery across the full programme lifecycle.
- Deep expertise across multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a strong understanding of how HR processes interconnect across Core HR, Talent, Recruitment, Learning, Payroll, and other HR domains.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver clear, concise, and compelling presentations to senior stakeholders and C‑suite leaders.
- Strong awareness of emerging technology trends, digital disruptors, and modern HR technology capabilities, with the ability to apply both existing and new technologies to shape evolving business and operating models.
- Familiarity with complementary SAP ecosystem technologies such as Qualtrics, SAP Work Zone, SAP BTP, and other employee‑experience‑enhancing solutions, with the ability to articulate how these integrate within the wider architecture.
- Proven experience leading pre‑sales activities, including solution shaping, estimation, and client presentations, clearly demonstrating the strategic and commercial value SuccessFactors brings to organisations.
- Solid understanding of product management practices, agile methodologies, and contemporary delivery frameworks, with the capability to guide agile teams on solution design choices, risk mitigation, and the management of technical and architectural debt.
- A passion for mentoring and developing talent, with a collaborative mindset and willingness to share expertise across project teams and the wider SAP Practice.
