As a SuccessFactors RCM Consultant within Capgemini’s leading and award winning SuccessFactors Practice, you will have the responsibility of working across complex, large-scale SuccessFactors implementations across a range of high-profile clients. You will have experience of being part of team that have been involved in delivering large, multi-workstream initiatives, managing business process design and transformation utilising SAP SuccessFactors. This role offers the chance to work and collaborate with highly skilled teams across our Global Capgemini Group and play a pivotal role in designing innovative solutions for our clients. About our UK SAP Practice Team:  Capgemini UK is a leading SAP Integration Partner, helping our clients navigate through complex SAP transformations. We work closely with our clients to transform their business together using the latest SAP products and architecture, a deep knowledge of industries and markets, and innovative delivery methodologies. 

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including:

Your role

  • Implement innovative and best practice SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with a core skillset in the Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
  • Experience in SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding configuration, and strong knowledge and experience in the design and build of related integrations.
  • Guide clients on SAP best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR  technologies in the recruitment and onboarding domains.
  • You will have the ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders at all levels within a client’s organisation.
  • Be a member of high performing teams that can work flexibly, incorporating both on and offshore delivery models as well as hybrid working.
  • Ensure quality delivery of our technology solutions.
  • Contribute to the business development process, shaping our response to RFPs and collaborating with other Capgemini teams during the pre-sales cycle, including the delivery of expert demos to prospective clients.

Your skills and experience

  • Certification in at least one of the SuccessFactors Recruiting or Onboarding modules.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high quality presentations to senior client stakeholders
  • Enthusiasm and proactiveness for learning and staying current with SAP latest technologies
  • Experience in pre-sales activities and articulating the benefits SuccessFactors brings to clients
  • Enjoy being part of a capability team, sharing knowledge and experiences across the Practice
  • Familiar with supporting technologies and how they enhance employee experience
  • Passionate to work with our clients advising them on how to get the most out of their SAP technologies
