We are looking for a Senior SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM) Consultant to join our Supply Chain Management capability. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of SAP QM solutions, working closely with clients across a wide range of industries to support their S/4HANA transformation journeys.

You’ll work alongside experienced SAP practitioners on innovative programmes, applying modern SAP technologies such as S/4HANA, automation, Digital Twin and GenAI, and helping clients optimise quality and manufacturing processes across their supply chains.

The role offers exposure to the full project lifecycle, including discovery and solution design, agile implementation, and post‑go‑live support, with opportunities to contribute to practice growth and future pipeline development.

Your role

  • Provide senior functional consulting on SAP S/4HANA Quality Management.
  • Lead end‑to‑end solution design and delivery to meet client business requirements
  • Plan and run client workshops to capture requirements, design processes, and configure SAP solutions
  • Translate complex business needs into high‑quality, integrated SAP QM solutions
  • Lead workstreams and make key delivery decisions aligned to best practices
  • Mentor and support team members, including developing junior consultants
  • Provide thought leadership and advisory support to clients on SAP QM and Supply Chain strategies
  • Contribute to the growth of the SAP SCM practice through innovation, knowledge sharing, and pipeline support

Your skills and experience

  • Strong consulting experience in SAP S/4HANA Quality Management, with Manufacturing exposure
  • Proven delivery across multiple end‑to‑end SAP implementation programmes
  • Deep functional and configuration experience in SAP QM, including QA and QC processes
  • Proven experience in cross‑functional integration, for example with:
    • Production Planning / Manufacturing
    • Procurement / MM
    • Warehouse Management
    • Sales & Distribution
    • Plant Maintenance
  • Ability to analyse, model, and document business processes to meet project demands
  • Experience leading small to medium‑sized onshore and offshore teams
  • Industry experience in Aerospace & Defence, Consumer Products or Discrete Manufacturing 
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and workshop facilitation skills
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth
