Senior Consultant - SAP SuccessFactors / HR Transformation
YOUR ROLE
- Support the design and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors solutions across multiple modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting).
- Lead specific workstreams such as functional design, testing, data migration, or integration.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements.
- Configure SuccessFactors modules and support deployment activities.
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.
- Contribute to internal initiatives such as proposition development, thought leadership, and practice growth.
- Mentor junior consultants and support their development.

Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.

Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.

Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.
YOUR PROFILE
- 3+ full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
- Strong functional knowledge and configuration experience in at least one SuccessFactors module.
- Consulting experience in HR transformation programmes, ideally within a major consultancy or similar environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage client relationships.
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications (desirable).
- Exposure to integration tools and agile delivery methods (desirable).
- UK Security Clearance (desirable).

Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
