Senior Consultant (Learning Transformation) - Workforce Transformation

YOUR ROLE
Join us as a Senior consultant in the Workforce Transformation team and help global organisations shape the future of work. You’ll lead and support the delivery of complex business transformation, model our values and behaviours, and coach and develop junior members of the team. In this role, you’ll design and implement innovative learning frameworks and strategies that respond to evolving organisational goals, skills requirements, and employee expectations. We’re looking for someone with experience:
- Developing and applying expertise in skills and learning frameworks, learning strategy, learning needs assessment.
- Identifying, overseeing, and implementing Learning Management Systems and Learning Experience Platforms including activities from managing content, costs, and licensing.
- Partnering with HR, L&D, and business leaders to align learning initiatives with strategic goals.
- Supporting the integration of learning/skills frameworks into existing HR systems.
- Effectively using data and analytics to measure the effectiveness and business impact of clients’ learning functions and driving innovative solutions for clients.
- Understanding the trends in the learning industry with a focus on AI for learning content creation and learning delivery and the ability to ideate innovative learning solutions for our clients.
As part of your role, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:
- Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
- Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
- Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.
YOUR PROFILE
- Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background. Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
- Skilled at establishing brilliant working relationships with client and teams – helping us achieve the highest standards of quality and widening our reach.
- Experienced in proposition building and delivery.
- Knowledgeable of and excited about trends in learning and workforce and passionate about ideating innovative and unique industry leading solutions for our clients.
