About the Job you are considering:
The Process Business Analyst is responsible for producing high-quality process documentation and supporting process development, traceability, validation, and operational readiness activities. The role works closely with business stakeholders, process owners, change teams, and training teams to ensure that process artefacts are accurately documented, maintained, and governed throughout the delivery lifecycle.

The position supports process improvement initiatives by capturing business requirements, facilitating process workshops, maintaining process repositories, and leveraging AI-enabled tools to accelerate documentation development while ensuring outputs meet business standards and governance requirements.

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role:
Process Development

• Develop and maintain end-to-end process maps, workflows, and supporting process documentation.
• Support process discovery and design workshops with business and project stakeholders.
• Capture, analyse, and document business requirements related to process change initiatives.
• Ensure process documentation aligns with agreed standards, methodologies, and governance requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through process analysis and documentation activities.
  
  

AI-Assisted Delivery

• Utilise approved AI tools to generate first drafts of process documentation and artefacts.
• Validate, refine, and tailor AI-generated outputs for business and stakeholder review.
• Ensure AI-assisted outputs comply with organisational standards, governance requirements, and quality expectations.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity through responsible use of AI-enabled solutions.

Your Skills:
Essential

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or Process Documentation Analyst.
• Experience creating process maps, workflows, standard operating procedures, and process documentation.
• Knowledge of business analysis and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements.
• Experience maintaining documentation repositories and document governance standards.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a structured project or change environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable

• Experience supporting large-scale transformation, change, or process improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of Change Impact Assessment (CIA) practices.
• Experience working within regulated or governance-driven environments.
• Familiarity with process management tools and workflow platforms.
• Experience using AI-powered productivity and documentation tools.
