Join Capgemini’s Financial Services Business Unit within the C&CA practice as a Scrum Master playing a pivotal role in enabling high-performing Agile delivery teams to consult with purpose and continuously evolve. Aligned to our vision of architecting tomorrow, this role partners with business and delivery stakeholders to foster collaboration, remove barriers, and drive consistent, high-quality outcomes. As a trusted, AI-aware advisor, you will champion continuous improvement, empower teams, and help shape a future-ready workforce while ensuring delivery excellence across engagements.
Hybrid working:
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role:
- Enable Agile delivery teams to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes aligned to business priorities
- Facilitate key Agile ceremonies to drive clarity, alignment, and predictable delivery
- Foster a self-organising, accountable team culture focused on continuous improvement
- Identify and remove impediments to maximise team efficiency and delivery flow
- Partner with Product Owners to ensure well-defined priorities and clear value outcomes
- Promote transparency through effective communication of progress, risks, and dependencies
- Use data and insights to guide decision-making and improve team performance
- Build strong relationships across business, product, and technical stakeholders
- Drive a culture of learning, adaptability, and innovation, including awareness of AI-enabled ways of working
- Proactively identify risks and support timely resolution to protect delivery commitments
- Proven experience operating as a Scrum Master within cross-functional Agile teams
- Strong understanding of Agile values, principles, and frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to coach teams and influence stakeholders toward high performance
- Experience enabling continuous improvement and fostering a learning culture
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to identify, manage, and resolve delivery risks and impediments
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret delivery metrics and drive improvements
- Commitment to building inclusive, collaborative, and future-ready teams
Good to Have Skills:
- Experience with Agile frameworks such as SAFe
- Familiarity with Agile delivery and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence)
- Exposure to Agile reporting and dashboarding practices
- Relevant Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master or equivalent)
