About the Job you are considering:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with over 10 years of expertise in Agile methodologies project delivery and team facilitation The ideal candidate will lead Agile teams ensure adherence to Scrum principles and drive continuous improvement Strong knowledge of Project Management practices and proficiency in JIRA for tracking and reporting are essential.
Hybrid working:
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams ensuring Scrum principles are followed
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies Sprint Planning Daily Standups Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage product backlog and prioritize deliverables
- Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Track and report progress using JIRA ensuring transparency and accountability
- Coordinate across teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Mentor team members on Agile best practices and project management principles
Required Skills:
- 10 years of experience in Agile environments with at least 5 years as a Scrum Master
- Strong understanding of Scrum Kanban and Agile frameworks
- Proven experience in Project Management and stakeholder communication
- Handson expertise in JIRA for sprint planning tracking and reporting
- Excellent facilitation conflict resolution and coaching skills
- Certified Scrum Master CSM or equivalent Agile certification preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks
- Knowledge of additional tools like Confluence Rally or Azure DevOps
