YOUR ROLE

As an Salesforce Developer with Capgemini Financial Services, you will be engaging and collaborating with the business and IT stakeholders to articulate solutions at various levels.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Develop Salesforce functionality for FRS Global Underwriter Journey Team.
• Customize and optimize the Salesforce CRM platform.
• Write custom code, develop integrations, and troubleshoot issues.
• Design, build, and maintain custom applications and features.
• Engage with Business Analysts and technical team during project phases.
• Support pre- and post-deployment tasks to aid the release process.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experienced in Salesforce (Functional) and SQL.
• Core Skills: Salesforce Development & Configuration, Salesforce flow setup & dynamic forms, Data loader, API testing, Agile Methodology.
• Tech Skills: Salesforce, Jira, SQL, Practitest, Office Tools, Confluence.
• Project Activity: Work in an Agile Delivery Team using Jira for documentation and status tracking. Good communication skills to understand, question requirements, and document clear acceptance criteria.
