Your Profile

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive Salesforce architecture roadmap including data models integrations and customizations
• Design and implement scalable robust and secure Salesforce solutions across various clouds Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud Experience Cloud etc
• Create detailed technical design documents architectural diagrams and data flow diagrams
• Conduct architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
• Platform Expertise Leadership
• Maintain deep expertise in the Salesforce platform and stay UpToDate with the latest releases and features
  Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams guiding them on best practices and design patterns
  Evaluate and recommend appropriate Salesforce technologies and tools to support business requirements
  Establish and enforce Salesforce development standards and governance policies
• Integration Data Management
  Design and implement complex integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems
• Develop data migration strategies and ensure data quality and integrity
• Design and optimize data models to meet business requirements and performance goals
  Ensure proper data governance and security practices
• Stakeholder Collaboration Communication
• Collaborate with business stakeholder’s product owners and development
• teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and nontechnical audiences

• Present architectural solutions and recommendations to senior management
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements
• Security Compliance
• Ensure that Salesforce solutions comply with security and compliance requirements e.g. GDPR CCPA
• Design and implement security measures to protect sensitive data
  Conduct security assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities

Requirement

• Extensive experience with Salesforce platform configuration customization and development Apex Lightning Web Components Visualforce
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture data modelling and integration patterns
• Experience with integration tools and technologies e.g. RESTSOAP APIs middleware
• Knowledge of data security and compliance best practices
• Excellent communication collaboration and problem-solving skills
• Salesforce certifications e.g. Certified Technical Architect Certified Solution Architect Certified Platform Developer are highly desirable
• Experience in Agile development methodologies
