We are looking for experienced SAP EPM consultants – with strong emphasis on Financial Planning & Analysis - to join our growing SAP EPM capability. As a Solution Lead, you will help our clients leverage SAP’s latest technologies – e.g. SAP BDC, SAP Analytics Cloud Seamless Planning –, leading the design and delivery of innovative, high-quality FP&A solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, shaping transformation roadmaps and defining solution architecture across complex SAP landscapes. You will also bring strong thought leadership and the ability to mentor and develop team members while contributing to practice growth and innovation.

Your role

• Lead design and implementation of SAP EPM (SAC Planning, BDC) solutions
• Apply design thinking concepts and own functional design and integration across FP&A processes
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Engage with senior stakeholders, including Finance leadership, to shape transformation strategy and influence business decisions
• Mentor consultants and manage on/offshore teams
• Play a key role in shaping and delivering the SAP EPM growth strategy and capability development.
• Support RFPs, bids, and pre-sales activities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Stay current, learning and developing SAP skills aligned with latest trends – e.g. SAC Seamless Planning, SAP BDC, etc.

Your skills and experience

• Proven experience delivering complex FP&A solutions using latest SAP EPM technologies
• Strong expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud Planning (SAC), with exposure to SAP BDC or SAC Seamless Planning
• Deep understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
• Strong blend of technical and functional expertise across FP&A solution design and delivery
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders
• Experience contributing to sales, pre-sales, and business development
• Exposure to SAP BPC, BW, or BI-IP is advantageous
