About the Job you are considering:

The CCI Regulatory Business Analyst is responsible for analysing regulatory requirements and translating them into business and technology solutions The role acts as the bridge between regulators business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of Consumer Composite Investments CCI requirements.

 

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

 

Your Role

Business Analysis

  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from key stakeholders.
  • Translate regulatory obligations into clear and actionable business requirements.
  • Define and maintain functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Ensure end-to-end requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support solution design and implementation activities.

 

Regulatory Analysis

  • Interpret FCA policy statements, regulatory guidance, and industry standards.
  • Conduct impact assessments to evaluate regulatory changes and business implications.
  • Identify regulatory gaps, compliance risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Support Consumer Duty compliance initiatives and related programmes.
  • Assess and communicate operational impacts arising from new regulatory requirements.

 

Process Improvement

  • Document and analyse current-state business processes.
  • Design future-state operating models aligned with regulatory and business objectives.
  • Develop process maps, procedures, and supporting documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation, and operational efficiency.

 

Testing and Validation

  • Define and document business acceptance criteria.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, and defect resolution.

 

 

Your Skills

Essential

  • Business Analysis experience.
  • Proven experience within Financial Services.
  • Experience delivering regulatory change programmes.
  • Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions.

 

Desirable

  • Experience working on Consumer Composite Investments (CCI) programmes.
  • Consumer Duty implementation experience.
  • Asset Management industry experience.
  • Wealth Management industry experience.
  • Knowledge of Investment Operations.

 

Regulatory Knowledge

Strong understanding of:

  • Consumer Composite Investments (CCI)
  • Consumer Duty
  • PRIIPs (Packaged Retail and Insurance-based Investment Products)
  • UCITS (Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities)
  • FCA Handbook and regulatory framework
