RELEX Supply Chain Planning Consultant/Senior Consultant

Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Consultant with strong supply chain and Relex platform expertise to support and deliver end-to-end transformation engagements. You will play a key role in helping clients design, implement and optimise planning solutions enabled by Relex.
You will combine structured problem-solving with hands-on configuration and deployment experience, translating business requirements into scalable, technology-enabled solutions across demand planning, supply planning, replenishment and inventory optimisation.
This role sits within our Intelligent Industry practice, offering exposure across Consumer Products, Retail, Life Sciences and Automotive sectors, with clear opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Shape and articulate solution designs that align Relex capabilities to client needs
- Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, demos and commercial discussions
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders across Supply Chain and IT
Solution Delivery
- Lead workstreams across Relex implementation and optimisation programmes
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs
- Configure and support deployment of Relex modules (e.g. demand forecasting, replenishment, inventory optimisation)
- Drive integration with upstream/downstream systems (ERP, data platforms)
- Support testing, cutover, stabilisation and continuous improvement activities
- Ensure delivery quality, managing risks, issues and timelines
Programme & Stakeholder Management
- Engage confidently with senior client stakeholders, providing clear recommendations and progress updates
- Work closely with programme leadership to align solution delivery with business outcomes
- Translate complex analysis into clear, executive-ready outputs
Collaboration & Capability Building
- Work collaboratively across consulting, data and engineering teams
- Coach and support junior team members
- Contribute to development of Relex capability, assets and best practices
Practice Contribution
- Support proposition development and go-to-market initiatives
- Develop reusable accelerators, methodologies and points of view
- Contribute to internal initiatives including recruitment, training and thought leadership

- Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.

- Learning & Development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate will demonstrate many of the qualities below and be excited by the opportunity to apply their expertise in a collaborative and fast-paced environment:
- Experience delivering RELEX implementation projects from a client, consulting, or vendor perspective.
- Strong knowledge of RELEX software modules (e.g. Forecasting & Replenishment, Promotion Planning, Space & Assortment), gained through implementation, configuration, or consulting experience.
- Proven ability to bridge business requirements and system configuration
- Experience working in complex, matrixed environments and collaborating across functions
- Good understanding of one or more supply chain domains:
-demand planning, supply/inventory planning, replenishment and promotions/forecasting
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
- Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background
