Job Title: Project Manager
To manage the efficient delivery of large-scale technical projects and capabilities across the bank, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations throughout the software product lifecycle, while adhering to agreed time, budget, and quality requirements.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage delivery resource allocation and improve complex technical project capabilities using Agile/Scrum methodologies (planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and sprint execution).
- Collaborate with customers and business teams to manage and implement customer trials, supporting technically feasible solutions and realistic effort/timeline expectations.
- Work closely with software engineers, QA teams, product managers, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality products aligned with the bank’s objectives, regulations, and security policies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with technical projects to prepare the bank for potential challenges.
- Manage change requests and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee vendor relationships to ensure delivery according to agreed terms.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement, technical excellence, and innovation.
