Programme Manager_Corporate Data Services Technology

Your Role

We are seeking an experienced in project management and governance methodologies, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects and leading teams. Skilled in stakeholder communication, influencing senior partners, and presenting recommendations to management. Holds relevant PM qualifications such as PRINCE2, MSP, and Lean/Agile.

Technical Skills:

• Experience managing complex data and/ or technology driven transformation projects 
• Interpersonal and communication skills, making relationships work and with advanced level of presentation and documentation skills, often involving senior and challenging stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. 
• Ability to positively influence, challenge and negotiate with others by demonstrating core values and behaviours.
• Organised and expert in facilitating collaboration amongst others.
• Ability to plan effectively including resource management. 
• Confidence to challenge colleagues to ensure the most appropriate solution is delivered.

Your Profile

• Responsible for the end-to-end project lifecycle, managing appropriate change framework, actively contribute and champion the development of the change delivery process.
• Drive results and ensure delivery of projects within expected quality; ensure output conforms to client’s standards and satisfies objectives and stakeholder requirements.
• Manage Programme Governance across the portfolio of initiatives including RAID logs, project artefacts, Initiative Governance forum decks and other required materials.
• Coordinate meetings, track and update agendas and minutes, ensure completion of milestones and tasks. Maintain accurate status information and provide timely updates, including status reports and Initiative Governance forum updates.
• Ensure activities are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise-Wide Risk Management Framework and internal client’s Policies and Policy Standards.
• Work collaboratively with other Project Managers and stakeholders across Corporate Digital Bank to deliver programme outcomes and deliverables.
