We are seeking experienced Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) Consultant with strong expertise in banking domain who will overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role:

Capgemini Financial Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) Consultant to join our team.The ideal candidate will have handson experience in NextBestAction Designer NBAD 11 Operations Manager CDH upgrades and module planning and execution This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver personalized customer experiences and optimize decisioning strategies developers to deliver scalable and efficient process driven applications

Key Responsibilities

  • Design develop and implement decisioning strategies using Pega CDH
  • Configure and manage NextBestAction Designer NBAD for realtime decisioning
  • Utilize 11 Operations Manager to monitor and optimize decisioning performance
  • Lead and support CDH upgrade projects ensuring minimal disruption and full compliance
  • Plan and execute CDH modules including engagement policies arbitration and channel configuration
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Ensure best practices in Pega CDH implementation and maintain high standards of data integrity and performance
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Your Skills:

  • Strong experience in Pega CDH v8x or higher
  • Handson expertise in NBAD 11 Operations Manager and CDH upgrade processes
  • Proven track record in module planning and execution within Pega CDH
  • Pega certifications eg Pega Decisioning Consultant Pega Marketing Consultant are highly desirable
  • Excellent problemsolving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a teamoriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in BFSI domain.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Exposure to AIML integration within Pega CDH is a plus"

Good to Have Skills

  • Experience with OpenShift or other cloud based platforms.
  • Structured and analytical approach to managing multiple workstreams.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
