PMO Global PLM
Your role
This role serves as a Project Management Office (PMO) function within the Global PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Practice, specifically supporting presales and solutioning operations in the UK. The PMO will focus on funnel management, forecasting, managing cross-functional initiatives, facilitating internal processes, and contributing to community engagement.
Introduction The Global PLM Practice is a strategic part of our organization, focused on delivering best-in-class Product Lifecycle Management solutions to clients worldwide. This PMO role is critical for ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and strategic alignment of our PLM presales and solutioning activities within the UK. The individual in this position will act as a central point of coordination, providing vital data and operational support to enable effective decision-making for the PLM Global Practice (GP) management and fostering a cohesive and engaged presales community. The core objective is to enhance the clarity and predictability of our PLM pipeline, streamline operational processes, and support the strategic growth of the PLM practice.
Your profile
· Proven experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) or similar coordination role, preferably within a technology or consulting environment.
· Familiarity with presales processes, solutioning lifecycles, and forecasting methodologies.
· Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts is highly desirable.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
· Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and the use of relevant project management and business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, Jira, Microsoft Project, Excel).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, client partners, and management.
· Experience in facilitating meetings, workshops, and events.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
· Based in the UK or with the ability to work effectively within the UK timezone.
