Order to Cash Business Transformation Consultant
Role Overview:
As part of Capgemini’s Intelligent Finance & Accounting Operations Practice, you will provide deep subject matter expertise to guide clients’ transformation projects in the Order To Cash/Lead To Cash domain. By applying an integrated vision across end to end processes and bringing together People, Process and Technology solutions, you will help leading organizations achieve their frictionless enterprise ambitions.
You will contribute to technology-enabled transformation projects, fine-tuning and aligning operations to deliver measurable impact. Success in this role requires end to end process subject matter expertise, and the ability to build trusted client relationships that ensure seamless and efficient transitions
Key Responsibilities
Order to Cash/Lead to Cash pillar
- Deliver end-to-end transformation across Order to Cash / Lead to Cash processes from the perspective of the Finance Function.
- Manage and contribute to the discovery, solution design, and implementation phases across Order to Cash / Lead to Cash transformation from a Finance Function perspective.
- Transform key finance processes related Order to Cash / Lead to Cash processes including pricing, trade and commercial, finance and cash forecasting, billing, collections, accounts receivables and dispute resolution for global organizations.
- Have a good awareness and keep abreast of technology developments, their strengths and weaknesses and suggest process and technology related improvements within the given area of expertise
Consulting & Transformation
- Lead consulting projects or manage a workstream on complex projects, ensuring delivery excellence, profitability, and client satisfaction.
- Manage the deliverables for a project under your area of responsibility
- Anticipate and mitigate risks using innovative tools and methodologies.
- Drive process improvement through domain expertise and technology-enabled solutions.
Client Engagement & Business Development
- Operate at the level of Subject Matter Expert and trustful advisor for client within the area of expertise.
- Identify pain point in the Order To Cash / Lead To Cash Processes and design solutions to eliminate these pain points.
- Contribute to pursuits, bids, and sell-on opportunities, strengthening commercial acumen.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and discussions with senior management, and influence decision-makers to achieve impact.
- Have an awareness of middleware platforms in Order To Cash / Lead To Cash Processes
- Understand how to leverage GenAI and Agentic AI agendas, ML, and digital platforms to reduce manual effort and deliver industry-leading outcomes

- Invoicing and Billing
- Collections, disputes, and claims management
- Accounts Receivables
- Cash application and credit management
- Customer master data management
- AR regulatory requirements
- Finance and Cash Forecasting
- Additional requirements for this role are to have experience in one or more of the areas below with an understanding of the processes and how the integration requirements relate to the Finance Function:
- Quotes, Proposals and Contracts
- Trade promotions, Pricing and Commercial Processes
- Order Processing and Fulfillment
- Returns Management
Qualifications
- Advanced English proficiency (CEFR Grade C1 or equivalent).
- Degree in Economic or business education preferred
- Over 5 years’ experience with strong domain expertise in Order to Cash, Lead to Cash, CPG, or Retail
- Track record of delivering transformation across transformation across Order to Cash / Lead to Cash processes
- Hands on experience with analytic tools, ERPs and platforms such as Blackline, High Radius, Serrala, SAP etc.
- Experience in process mapping in Visio or Business Optix or Signavio (or similar)
Your security clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.
There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.
