As part of Capgemini’s Integrated Operations practice, you will provide deep subject matter expertise to guide clients’ technology-enabled transformation initiatives. By applying an end-to-end integrated vision of automation and technology solutions, you will help enable frictionless enterprise operations and deliver measurable business outcomes.
You will contribute to shaping future business operations by supporting solution design and execution for technology-enabled transformation projects.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role
- Deliver end-to-end transformation from Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Order Management to Cash, with a focus on Plan activities.
- Design and implement integrated Order-to-Cash, Order Management and Demand Planning and Supply Chain solutions to streamline operations and accelerate cash flow.
- Transform key processes including forecasting, demand planning, logistics, supply chain planning, S&OP, 3PM planning, and innovation planning for global organizations, order management and accounts receivables
- Provide strategic consulting to align demand management, order capture, fulfilment, billing, collections, and dispute resolution.
- Analyze market trends and client challenges to shape solution recommendations and drive competitive advantage.
- Leverage middleware platforms, automation, AI, and ML to engineer digital O2C & Demand Planning/Supply Chain processes and foster innovation.
Consulting & Transformation
- .Lead consulting projects or manage a workstream on complex projects, ensuring delivery excellence, profitability, and client satisfaction.
- Drive process improvement through domain expertise and technology-enabled solutions.Perform analytical tasks and propose solutions to ensure business outcomes are achieved
- Analyze data and information received from Client, utilize your process and technology expertise to provide improvement recommendations to steer clients in their transformation journey
Client Engagement & Business Development
- Operate at the level of Subject Matter Expert and trustful advisor for client within the area of expertise.
- Be able to articulate how Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Order Management and OTC processes are integrated
- Identify where supply chain processes and data create friction in Collect and Order Management, and design solutions to eliminate these pain points.
- Contribute to pursuits, bids, and sell-on opportunities, strengthening commercial acumen.
- Deliver compelling presentations and lead strategic discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Apply deep knowledge of Demand planning, Supply Chain, Order-to-Cash and Order Management middleware platforms.

Your skills and experience
Important Industry Experience:
- CPG (FMCG)
- Retail
Qualifications
- Advanced English proficiency (CEFR Grade C1 or equivalent).
- Degree in Economic or business education preferred
- Over 5 years’ experience with strong domain expertise in Order to Cash, Demand and Supply Chain Management
- Proven track record of delivering transformation across demand planning, supply chain, order management and order to cash
- Proven experience of working across diverse trade models.
- Hands on experience with analytic tools, ERPs and platforms such as Blackline, High Radius, Serrala, SAP etc.
- Experience in process mapping in Visio or Business Optix or Signavio (or similar)
Your security clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.
