Architect Tomorrow., you will work with business, HR, security, and technology stakeholders to shape strategic employee experience solutions that drive collaboration, engagement, wellbeing, and workforce effectiveness. As a trusted, AI-fluent advisor, you will define architecture strategies, guide delivery teams, and help clients realise measurable business value through modern digital workplace transformation.

 

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define end-to-end architecture for enterprise employee experience and workforce insights solutions.
  • Translate business goals into scalable, secure, and future-ready solution designs.
  • Develop architecture roadmaps, standards, and implementation approaches aligned to organisational objectives.
  • Provide architectural leadership and governance throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with business, HR, security, data, and delivery teams to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Establish adoption frameworks, best practices, and operating models that maximise business value.
  • Enable workforce insights and organisational effectiveness through data-driven approaches and measurable outcomes.
  • Champion innovation, continuous improvement, responsible AI adoption, and future-ready workforce strategies.

 

Must-Have Skills

  • Experience designing and leading enterprise-scale employee experience or digital workplace solutions.
  • Strong enterprise and solution architecture expertise.
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
  • Experience developing architecture roadmaps, governance, and best-practice frameworks.
  • Knowledge of workforce analytics, employee engagement, and organisational effectiveness principles.
  • Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of security, privacy, compliance, and risk management in enterprise environments.
  • Awareness of AI capabilities and their application within workplace transformation initiatives.

 

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Microsoft Viva Suite experience.
  • Microsoft 365 ecosystem knowledge.
  • Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, and Azure experience.
  • Experience integrating HR, learning, and enterprise service platforms.
  • Microsoft or enterprise architecture certifications.
  • Experience delivering large-scale digital workplace transformation programmes.
