Job Title: SDM Architect Technical Lead

About the Job you are considering:

The SDM Architect Technical Lead will define and lead the technical architecture for the SDM migration programme ensuring successful transition of Collections Recoveries capabilities from Tallyman GRS to SDM Configuration and design architect for various products on the CNR product platform by understanding various products needs under one platform Mult instance.

Hybrid working: 

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role:

  • Define the target-state SDM (Debt Manager) architecture and migration roadmap.
  • Lead end-to-end solution design for Collections, Recoveries, integrations, and data migration.
  • Assess current-state platforms and recommend future-state architecture strategies.
  • Provide technical leadership across design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Drive architecture governance and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Collaborate with Business SMEs, Enterprise Architects, CR Software teams, and delivery teams.
  • Oversee platform modernization and large-scale migration initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges.
  • Ensure scalable, secure, and resilient debt management solutions.
  • Support stakeholder engagement and strategic decision-making throughout the program lifecycle.

Your Skills:

  • Extensive experience with SDM (Debt Manager) solution architecture and implementation.
  • Strong domain knowledge of Collections, Recoveries, and Debt Management platforms.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale collections platform migration programs.
  • Expertise in enterprise architecture and solution design.
  • Strong system integration experience using APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
  • Experience designing and executing complex data migration strategies.
  • Knowledge of application modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of architecture governance and solution assurance practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional technical and business teams.
  • Experience with requirements analysis and translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience managing vendor and third-party technology partnerships.
  • Familiarity with testing, deployment, cutover, and release management processes.
  • Ability to define technology roadmaps and align them with business objectives.
