As a Managing Consultant, you will play a key role in designing and delivering Oracle Cloud solutions (HCM / ERP) that enable clients to achieve their business objectives. This role combines strong Oracle functional and technical knowledge with the ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of Oracle technologies.

In this role you will play a key role in:
· Supporting the design and delivery of integrated Oracle Cloud solutions (HCM / ERP), ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
· Translating business requirements into scalable, future-ready Oracle solutions.
· Assisting with integration, data migration, and system optimisation activities.
· Working with clients and project teams to gather requirements, shape solution design, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
· Building strong relationships with stakeholders and contributing to consensus-building across technical and business teams.
· Collaborating with cross-functional teams (technical, change, testing) to ensure smooth delivery and high-quality outcomes.
· Providing guidance on Oracle best practices and supporting issue resolution during implementation.
· Contributing to proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations.
· Supporting senior team members in developing propositions and hosting client workshops.
· Mentoring junior consultants and sharing knowledge to build team capability.
· Participating in internal initiatives such as practice development, thought leadership, and campaign activities.
