As a Consultant / Senior Consultant within our AI Factory team, you will help clients unlock measurable value from data and AI by translating business challenges into practical solutions that improve performance, accelerate growth, increase operational effectiveness and enable innovation with confidence, whilst contributing to the growth of our AI Factory practice. 

YOUR ROLE

This role is suited to someone who enjoys solving complex business problems and turning data and AI opportunities into practical, deliverable outcomes. You’ll help clients understand how AI can augment human judgement, automate decisions and improve business processes across functions - from improving customer service outcomes and optimising supply chains, to enabling smarter marketing decisions. You’ll work with senior colleagues and client teams to shape and deliver enterprise AI solutions that create measurable value. 

We Make AI Useful. You will help clients identify, prioritise and deliver high-value business opportunities where data and AI transform the way organisations operate and make decisions. 

Driving senior client conversations to identify high-value AI use cases, clarify business priorities and contribute to practical roadmaps that help clients realise value from data and AI 

Working with business stakeholders to define success measures, adoption considerations and delivery plans that support sustainable business outcomes from AI investments 

Helping organisations move from AI experimentation towards scalable delivery by embedding the capabilities, delivery approaches and change activities needed to embed AI successfully 

We Make AI Usable. You will support the human-centred design of AI solutions around the needs of users and the way organisations operate. 

Translating business challenges into AI-enabled products, agentic workflows and intelligent services, helping define user needs, business outcomes and success measures 

Taking the lead on the design of human-centred AI operating models that bring together people, AI agents and business processes to improve how work gets done 

Acting as a thought leader in collaboration with business, product and engineering teams to embed AI into customer journeys, employee experiences and operational decision-making, supporting adoption and value realisation 

We Make AI Reliable. You will contribute to the development of trusted data foundations that make AI delivery faster, safer and easier to scale. 

Leading design and delivery teams to build AI-ready data foundations, platforms and semantic layers that provide trusted business context, reusable knowledge assets and reliable access to enterprise information for AI and analytics 

Designing and embedding engineering capabilities that enable AI agents to interact securely with enterprise systems, business processes and people 

Contributing to governance, security, responsible AI and operational practices that help monitor, manage and continuously improve AI solutions in production 

As part of your role, you will be expected to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories: 

Business Development – Contributing to or leading proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitches and Thought leadership that positions the organisation at the forefront of modern Data & AI consulting. 

Internal contribution – Supporting practice development through offering development, campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, operational excellence and capability building across Data, AI and Agentic AI. 

Learning & Development – Continuously developing your own expertise in emerging data and AI technologies and consulting leadership through training, certifications and applied innovation, while fostering a culture of continuous learning across the practice. 

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for experienced consultants who combine analytical thinking, consulting expertise and a strong understanding of data and AI to help organisations move from experimentation to practical adoption. You will be passionate about solving complex business problems, translating emerging technologies into deliverable solutions, and supporting clients to embed AI into the way they operate and make decisions.

What matters most is your ability to connect business challenges, human needs and technology to deliver meaningful outcomes. The below skills and experience can be demonstrated in any industry or sector. 

AI Transformation Leadership: 

Experience leading workstreams within data, analytics and AI transformation initiatives, helping organisations identify high-value opportunities and move from experimentation to adoption. 

Proven ability to translate complex business challenges into AI-enabled products, agentic workflows or decision intelligence that improve decision-making and business performance. 

Experience establishing the capabilities, delivery approaches and governance considerations required to scale AI responsibly across an organisation. 

Data, AI & Intelligent Systems Expertise: 

Strong understanding of modern AI capabilities, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), intelligent assistants and AI-enabled automation, and enterprise AI ecosystems such as OpenAI, Google, Anthropic and Microsoft. 

Experience shaping enterprise AI architecture discussions, including how AI agents interact with enterprise systems, data, business processes and human decision-makers, while supporting technology and platform decisions. 

Understanding of the foundations required to build trusted enterprise AI, including cloud data platforms, semantic layers, data products, AI evaluation, security, governance and responsible AI practices. 

Consulting & Client Leadership: 

Experience in consulting or client-facing roles, building trusted senior client relationships and leading conversations on data, AI and business transformation. 

Strong communication skills, translating complex data and AI concepts clearly to align business leaders, product teams and technical specialists. 

Commercial and people leadership experience, including developing propositions and client opportunities, delivering successful engagements, and coaching Senior Consultants and Consultants to strengthen their consulting, delivery, data and AI skills. 

Leadership & Practice Development: 

Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, coaching colleagues and creating inclusive, collaborative environments that help teams deliver high-quality outcomes. 

Ability to lead through ambiguity, inspire innovation and build new capabilities in rapidly evolving technology landscapes. 

Contribution to practice growth through thought leadership, knowledge sharing, capability development, recruitment activities and market engagement. 

Additional Information 

The role offers the opportunity to work on leading-edge AI and analytics programmes in a collaborative consulting environment. Candidates must be eligible for SC Security Clearance and willing to travel as required by client engagements.
