YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Manager, you will be instrumental in:
 
· Defining Strategic Direction: Shape and articulate a clear vision for workplace AI adoption, creating differentiated propositions and offers that align with Capgemini Group capabilities, including security, data, automation, and sustainability.
· Driving Complex Delivery: Take full accountability for leading and delivering large-scale AI programmes (e.g. Microsoft Copilot), ensuring excellence throughout. Proactively manage risks, resolve challenges, and de-risk complex delivery scenarios.
· Expanding Client Relationships: Build and grow a robust client portfolio, identifying new opportunities and driving revenue growth. 
· Leading and Inspiring Teams: Foster a high-performance culture by coaching and mentoring teams, promoting collaboration and personal development. Lead by example to inspire innovation and sustain a positive, inclusive environment.
· Building successful partnerships: Working closely with hyperscalers and AI vendors to empower and differentiate our offerings and market reach.
· Market understanding: Curiosity for what’s next coming next in the market and identifying what that means for our clients.
 
 
Key Activities You Will Help Drive
 
Client Advisory & Delivery
· Enable clients to realise their vision of an AI-powered digital workplace by leveraging tools such as Microsoft Copilot and other productivity solutions.
· Lead change campaigns to drive adoption from pilot through enterprise scale, ensuring secure, ethical, and compliant AI usage.
· Oversee end-to-end delivery using agile methodologies, managing risks and maintaining quality throughout the lifecycle.
· Advise on identifying, assessing, and deploying AI solutions at scale, tracking value and benefits realisation.
· Communicate business impact effectively through compelling artefacts and presentations, aligning senior business and technical stakeholders.
· Build strong client relationships, demonstrating passion for success and proactive stakeholder engagement.
 
 
Capability Development
· Provide thought leadership on workplace AI trends, guiding clients towards transformative investments underpinned by ethical principles.
· Develop frameworks to map AI benefits to measurable business outcomes, strengthening the business case for adoption.
· Accelerate team capability through targeted upskilling, certifications, and continuous learning in emerging AI technologies.
· Stay ahead of market developments, assessing feasibility and competitive positioning of solutions like Microsoft Copilot.
· Define governance and compliance standards for scaling AI across global organisations.
 
 
Business Development
 
· Lead and support responses to bids, RFPs, and proposals, ensuring governance and quality standards are met.
· Collaborate across Capgemini to shape innovative solutions that address client needs and unlock new opportunities.
· Drive solution development, including resource planning, skill requirements, and functional ideation throughout delivery.
· Work closely with Capgemini’s partners to strengthen and differentiate our client offerings.

· Strong commercial acumen with experience in developing and growing consulting pipelines across multiple accounts and markets.
· Expertise in applying strategic and innovative approaches to solve complex, analytical, and technical business challenges.
 
 
Technical
· Solid understanding of AI solution development methodologies, emerging trends, and risk mitigation strategies to build credibility with senior stakeholders.
· Awareness of ethical considerations in AI, including bias and fairness, and knowledge of techniques to address these issues.
 
 
Experience
· Extensive experience in a major consulting firm or in industry with a consulting background (including internal consulting within large organisations).
· Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver large-scale AI adoption programmes.
· Relevant technology certifications (e.g., Microsoft) and experience with Generative AI solutions such as Microsoft Copilot.

As a Senior Manager in our Workplace AI team, you will lead strategic initiatives to help clients unlock business growth through AI-powered productivity solutions. Your focus will be on developing our Microsoft partnership, building propositions, offers, and accelerators for Microsoft Copilot and other AI productivity tools, and driving large-scale adoption programmes.
