Learning Business Partner - CIS
About the job you’re considering
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Learning Business Partner to join our Cloud Infrastructure Services (CIS) team. To be successful in this role, you will bring fresh thinking to our learning function, collaborate with various stakeholders to design, implement and evaluate learning programs. Be a trusted advisor to the business and HR community on all L&D related matters.
A key part of your role will be to focus on technical, sales and leadership upskilling of 30K plus employees. You will drive a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing, contribute on regional and Global offerings. Being commercially comfortable you will manage the Learning and Development budget within broader framework of business KPIs, maximising the use of virtual and blended offerings provided by Capgemini University. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in cloud services to inform training content and strategies.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role
Cutting edge, Learning and Development offering is key to ensuring that CIS can attract, skill and retain great people with capability to drive our business success. As a global Learning Business Partner, you will report into CIS, Global Head of learning. Partner with HR Leaders, country learning business partner, University team and business stakeholders to evolve a learning strategy that supports the business priorities and delivers outstanding results. You will be an important part of the wider Capgemini Learning and Development Team with other local, regional, and global L&D professionals. In this role, you will be closely working with the CIS business alliances to leverage their training programs in areas such as Cloud, ServiceNow, Cyber etc and upskill/reskill/cross skills employees.

Your skills and experience
As a trusted advisor and expert, you will need to manage key stakeholder relationships including:
- Ability to function as part of management and leadership teams and develop sustainable relationships at middle and top management level and use them to proactively help in the management of the business
- Proactively gather insights on the stakeholder needs and helping them to identify how and whether learning can best support these needs.
- Ability to facilitate, document and drive actions from CIS Learning Board and workshops
- Manage learning initiatives as a part of CIS business transformation
- Build a sustainable emerging talent strategy for the business, support the apprentice and graduate development offering to and quality experience for new joiners.
- Represents self and Capgemini in external professional bodies thereby enhancing our reputation
- Develop and maintain an external network in own area.
