Integration Engineer
Your role
As an Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, operating, and improving ServiceNow integrations with a wide range of enterprise systems, partner platforms, monitoring tools, and OSS/BSS applications. This role is central to creating a connected and automated operational ecosystem, with a primary focus on leveraging APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers to ensure seamless data exchange and process orchestration.

Your profile
Required:
- Experience with a strong focus on ServiceNow Integration Hub and platform integration.
- Hands-on expertise in REST APIs, TMF Open APIs, SOAP web services, Scripted REST APIs, and transform maps.
- Proven experience with MID Server installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and operational support.
- Understanding of API security, including OAuth 2.0, mutual TLS, SSL certificates, and token management.
- JavaScript scripting skills on the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience in telecom, OSS/BSS, or service assurance environment and network engineering.
- Basic networking knowledge including DNS, proxy, firewall, and connectivity troubleshooting.
Preferred Certification:
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- ServiceNow Micro-Certification – Integration Hub.
- ITIL 4 Foundation.
- Certifications in API Management (e.g., Apigee, MuleSoft), Cloud Integration (Azure, AWS), or Networking (CCNA).
