About the Job you are considering:

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Integration Lead with 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and leading enterprise-scale integration solutions across the Guidewire InsuranceSuite ecosystem, including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise integration solutions across Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
• Define integration architecture, patterns, standards, and best practices for Guidewire implementations and transformation programs.
• Design and develop integrations using the Guidewire Integration Framework, Web Services, Messaging Framework, and Plugins.
• Drive API-led integration strategies leveraging REST and SOAP services.
• Design event-driven and asynchronous integration solutions using Guidewire messaging capabilities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to integration developers and engineering teams.
• Review solution designs, code quality, performance, security, and operational readiness.
• Support Guidewire Cloud migration, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and ensure optimal system performance, resilience, and scalability.
• Establish CI/CD, DevOps, testing, and deployment best practices for integration solutions.
• Support architecture reviews, technical governance, estimation activities, and client-facing engagements.

Your Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite: PolicyCenter, BillingCenter and ClaimCenter.
• The ideal candidate will have strong experience within the London Market Insurance domain and a proven track record of designing and leading complex integrations across underwriting, policy administration, claims, delegated authority, bordereaux processing, reinsurance, and third-party market systems.

• Deep understanding of the Guidewire Integration Framework.
• Expertise in GOSU Programming, Plugin Development, Messaging Framework, Event-Based Integrations, Batch Integrations and Guidewire APIs

• Experience designing and developing REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Enterprise Integrations, Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA) and Event-Driven Architectures
• Experience with middleware and integration platforms.
