About the Job you are considering:

The Financial Crime SME will support by helping design define and implement a central workflow management tool to improve efficiency control transparency and reporting across exit related processes The successful candidate will leverage Financial Crime expertise strong stakeholder management capabilities and data focused thinking to ensure business requirements are translated into scalable and compliant workflow solutions

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role

• Support the design and implementation of a central workflow management solution
• Define business requirements user journeys and process flows
• Identify opportunities to streamline existing processes and improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with Technology Operations and Control functions to ensure successful delivery
  
  

Your Skills

• Provide subject matter expertise across Financial Crime processes
• Ensure workflow design aligns with regulatory and control requirements
• Support assessment of operational risks and control effectiveness
• Drive standardisation of Fin Crime processes and governance
• Establish and embed data governance principles within the workflow solution
• Define data ownership accountability and stewardship models
• Develop and maintain business data definitions and critical data elements
• Document endtoend data lineage from source systems through operational processes and reporting outputs
