Enterprise Architect
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead business and technology transformation initiatives across Customer Operations, Marketing Operations and AI-enabled business processes.
The role requires a strategic technology leader capable of working directly with senior client stakeholders, enterprise architecture teams, business leaders and delivery organizations to define future-state architectures, transformation roadmaps and technology strategies.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, helping shape both current and future initiatives while ensuring alignment between business objectives, AI innovation and technology investments.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Architecture & Strategy
- Define and maintain target architecture, technology roadmaps and transformation strategy.
- Provide architectural leadership across multiple initiatives and programs.
- Ensure alignment between business priorities, technology investments and delivery plans.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner directly with client leadership and business stakeholders.
- Translate business objectives into technology and transformation strategies.
- Support governance, architecture reviews and executive decision making.
AI & Innovation Leadership
- Drive adoption of Agentic AI, Generative AI and Hyperautomation solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve business outcomes through AI-led transformation.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and define practical adoption roadmaps.
- Act as a thought leader for AI innovation and enterprise-scale adoption.
Technical Leadership
- Provide architectural guidance to delivery and engineering teams.
- Ensure scalable, secure and maintainable solutions.
- Mentor architects and technical leads across the program
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture or Technology Transformation.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
- Strong experience working directly with senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Experience operating in complex multi-vendor environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.

- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Vertex AI
- Gemini
- Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions
Business & Operations
- Customer Support / Contact Centre Operations (mandatory)
- Marketing Operations (preferred)
- Hyper automation and process transformation
Platforms
- Good understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce and Data Cloud experience is an advantage)
- Experience with enterprise integrations and API-based architectures
Preferred Certifications
- TOGAF
- Google Professional Cloud Architect
- Salesforce Architect certifications (nice to have)
Your security clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.
There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.
