We are seeking experienced EUC GWS Apple BCPS Ambassador Digital Trainer with strong expertise in banking domain who will overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role:

The EUC GWS Apple BCPS Ambassador Digital Trainer plays a pivotal role in driving digital workplace adoption ensuring employees maximise productivity through Apple devices BCPS Business Critical Productivity Suite and broader GWS tools The role combines EUC expertise stakeholder engagement training delivery and handson floor walking support to deliver a seamless enduser experience and enable modern ways of working across the organisation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Adoption Enablement
    Act as the onground ambassador for Apple devices BCPS and GWS toolsets across business units
    Promote demonstrate and coach colleagues on new digital tools capabilities and features
    Support rollouts of EUC initiatives and technology transformations eg Mac onboarding OS upgrades app deployments
    Conduct floorwalking sessions to provide realtime assistance and drive adoption
  • Training Knowledge Delivery
    Develop and deliver enduser training through workshops onetoone coaching virtual sessions and digital learning assets
    Create userfriendly guides FAQs video snippets and enablement content focused on Apple device usage collaboration tools and workplace applications
    Tailor training for different user personas senior leaders operations tech teams frontline colleagues
  • EndUser Support Experience Improvement
    Serve as a voice of the customer for digital workplace tools capturing feedback and escalating issues to EUCGWS teams
    Troubleshoot common device and productivity suite issues and guide users through best practices
    Monitor and improve user experience ensuring high adoption rates and satisfaction levels
  • Collaboration Stakeholder Engagement
    Collaborate with EUC Engineering GWS Operations Digital Workplace and Apple Program teams
    Partner with Change Communications functions to support largescale technology adoption campaigns
    Represent EUC in business forums roadshows and engagement events
  • Continuous Improvement Analytics
    Track adoption metrics training effectiveness and user satisfaction
    Provide insights trend analysis and recommendations to EUC leadership
    Identify opportunities for tool optimisation user enablement and productivity enhancements

Your Skills:

Essential

  • Strong knowledge of Apple ecosystem macOS iOS iPadOS and modern workplace technologies
  • Experience delivering in person and virtual training to diverse audiences
  • Handson expertise with collaboration tools O365M365 Teams OneDrive Outlook
  • Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Passion for digital adoption user experience and modern workplace technology
  • Ability to troubleshoot end user technology issues and offer practical guidance
    Preferred
  • Previous experience in EUC GWS Digital Workplace or Technology Adoption role
  • Familiarity with BCPS Business Critical Productivity Suite tools and enterprise Apple deployments
  • Exposure to financial services or regulated enterprise environments
  • Experience with content creation training material videos quick reference guides
  • Certifications such as Apple ACSP ACTC or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals advantageous
