Your Role

• Lead end-to-end testing across complex insurance transformation programmes.
• Define and execute comprehensive test strategies across systems and teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure full test coverage.
• Manage test plans, cases, data, and traceability matrices.
• Oversee functional, integration, regression, UAT, and automation testing.
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and data protection standards.
• Coordinate defect management using tools like JIRA or HP ALM.
• Provide leadership updates with metrics, risks, and improvement insights

Your Profile

• Senior Test Manager with 10+ years in client-facing roles.
• Deep domain expertise in insurance: policy admin, claims, underwriting.
• Proven experience in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps environments.
• Skilled in automation tools: Selenium, Postman, UFT.
• Strong grasp of API, data migration, and performance testing.
• Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experienced in managing offshore/onshore and vendor teams.
• Passionate about driving quality and continuous improvement.
