  • Advise C-suite and senior business, data and technology leaders on data transformation roadmaps, investment priorities, operating models and value-led business cases.
  • Translate client challenges into scalable propositions that improve customer insight, enable responsible data sharing and monetisation, strengthen risk management and accelerate digital transformation.
  • Drive market development, pipeline growth and strategic pursuits, shaping large and complex Data & AI opportunities from origination through proposal and commercial close.
  • Build strategic alliances and co-innovation opportunities with hyperscalers, data platform providers and ecosystem partners.
  • Create market-facing thought leadership and strengthen the practice point of view across Banking Data, AI, Analytics, Data Products and Regulatory Data Management.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to multidisciplinary consulting and engineering teams, helping build capability, propositions and reusable intellectual property.

Your Skills and Experience

  • relevant experience across Data & Analytics, Data/AI consulting, product strategy, transformation or related leadership roles, with significant experience in Banking and Financial Services.
  • Deep banking domain expertise with a strong understanding of data-led use cases across areas such as Risk, Customer 360, Regulatory Reporting, Fraud, AML/KYC, Payments and Data Governance.
  • A proven track record of defining Data-as-a-Product strategies, data product operating models, data monetisation approaches and successful go-to-market propositions.
  • Demonstrable experience shaping and selling complex Data & AI transformation engagements, including executive-level client engagement, business case development and large deal pursuits.
  • Strong understanding of modern data architectures and cloud data ecosystems, with experience of platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric or comparable technologies.
  • Ability to connect business strategy, data governance, technology and AI into practical, outcome-focused propositions that can be industrialised and scaled.
  • Strong executive presence, commercial judgement and communication skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and build trusted advisory relationships.
  • Experience developing strategic partnerships and working across complex, matrixed consulting, sales, delivery and technology organisations.
  • A strong external orientation, with the ability to build thought leadership, represent the practice in the market and contribute to the development of senior talent.

Success in this role will be defined by your ability to convert banking data assets and market needs into differentiated, scalable Data & AI products and propositions, generate sustainable pipeline and revenue growth, and establish trusted, market-leading capabilities for Financial Services clients.
