About the Job you are considering:

We are looking for a Software Engineer DCX to design build and optimize scalable cloud native digital customer experience platforms. The role focuses on event driven architectures microservices cloud automation and secure data workflows that power seamless customer journeys across digital channels The ideal candidate will collaborate with global teams to deliver high-performance reliable and secure customer facing solutions.

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role:

  • Designed and developed scalable, event‑driven microservices to support digital customer onboarding interactions and complex data‑integration workflows.
  • Built and maintained high‑availability backend services using Python and Java to support customer experience application.
  • Optimized system performance, concurrency, and reliability in multithreaded and distributed environments.
  • Developed and managed secure credential and secrets management solutions using HashiCorp Vault and AWS Secrets Manager.
  • Integrated application security testing (SAST) tools, such as Veracode, into CI/CD pipelines to ensure secure digital platforms.
  • Collaborated with security and compliance teams to meet banking and financial regulatory standards.
  • Worked closely with product, engineering, compliance, and global stakeholders to deliver customer‑centric digital solutions.
  • Participated in solution design discussions with a focus on scalability, resilience, security, and customer impact.
  • Supported agile delivery models, including sprint planning, code reviews, demos, and continuous improvement initiatives

Your Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Digital Customer Experience platforms and workflows.
  • Experience building secure scalable customer-facing systems.
  • Handson exposure to data engineering and analytics enablement.
  • Problem solving mindset with focus on automation and optimization.
