Your Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Azure Data Delivery Lead to oversee the pricing data warehouse project in the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the delivery of Strategic Enterprise data solutions for , ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data architects, data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to define data requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end data delivery process, including data integration, data quality, data governance, and data migration.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of data projects.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to data delivery, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the data delivery team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data management and data delivery, applying this knowledge to enhance our data capabilities.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills. 
  • Familiarity with the SFIA framework.

Your Profile:

  • Strategic Data Leadership: Lead the delivery of enterprise-level data solutions within the insurance domain, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data architects, engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions.
  • End-to-End Project Management: Oversee data integration, quality, governance, and migration, while managing project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation.
  • Team Leadership & Innovation: Guide and mentor the data delivery team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Industry Best Practices & Communication: Stay current with data management trends, apply best practices, and demonstrate strong communication and reporting skills—familiarity with the SFIA framework is a plus.
