Join Capgemini as a Data Driven Customer Experience (DDCX) Architect and lead the design, development, and delivery of some of the largest, most innovative enterprise Digital projects in the UK and around the world. Be a part of a dynamic team that shapes the future of digital experiences. 

Sitting within the CX Architecture team of our Digital Customer Experience business in the UK, this is a key technical role shaping our Digital solutions, and how we gain synergies from the array of technologies across the Digital ecosystem. In particular, this role will focus on the DDCX domain, unlocking the power of Data, Analytics & AI to make data driven decisions for businesses to improve their customer interactions and deliver more personalised and impactful experiences.

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role

We are looking for a high-calibre architect who exhibits a range of attributes, skills and experience that enables them to deliver rapid value to our clients. This value is delivered by architecting customer centric platforms across a range of domains and technologies, as part of a wider Enterprise Architecture: 

Strategic Leadership: Guide our clients in defining the right Digital technology solutions based on their needs and goals. Own the technical sales and delivery of Digital projects, ensuring robust, scalable solutions. 

Innovative Solutions: Lead cross functional teams in an agile delivery process, responsible for delivering first class data-driven user experiences, comprising customer platforms, content management, analytics and reporting, digital marketing, e-commerce, CRM and bespoke web & mobile applications

Your skills and experience

We are seeking candidates who can demonstrate a majority of the following areas of experience: 

Expertise in multiple technologies in the Data Driven Customer Experience domain, including Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Data lakes/ warehouses, Identity resolution solutions, Marketing Automation, Journey orchestration tools, Measurement and BI tools, Analytical environments and broader Cloud Data Platforms.  

Experience with vendors such as Adobe, Salesforce, Tealium, Treasure Data, Segment, Pega, Braze, Sprinklr, Tableau, Power BI as well as the offerings of AWS, Azure and GCP (Google cloud platform) and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Hightouch. We don’t expect experience in all of these products, but a broad understanding of the vendor ecosystem in this space is key. 

Solid understanding of the technology market in areas such as Digital Experience Platforms, Personalisation, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, CRM, Contact Centres, Data-Driven Customer Experience and the application of emerging technologies (e.g. Generative AI, Mixed Reality) in the market. An appreciation of both open source and proprietary solutions, and the place for each, is essential.  

Experience of one or more market-leading Digital Experience Platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, Acquia, Pega, Service Now, or composable platforms aligned to the MACH Alliance, would be an advantage. 

In-depth digital platform experience, including awareness of the latest techniques, standards and best practices. Proven track record of delivering complex platforms at scale in both B2B and B2C settings 
 

Your Security Clearance

To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks. 
There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.
There are other criteria and check required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
