D365 Integration Architect
About the job you're considering
You will join a highly skilled team delivering large‑scale digital transformation programmes built around Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Microsoft Azure Integration Services, and hybrid integration ecosystems.
Your role
You will own the end‑to‑end D365 integration architecture, defining how Dynamics 365 F&O/CE interacts with the wider enterprise landscape.
What you’ll do
• Define the D365 integration strategy including OData, DMF, custom services, batch APIs, event-based messaging, Dataverse, and Azure APIs.
• Establish enterprise integration guiding principles and reusable patterns.
• Lead blueprinting, Fit/Gap analysis, workshops, and governance
• Define and run integration governance covering API lifecycle, design standards, versioning, security controls, publishing, discoverability, and reuse.
• Champion the adoption of GenAI and Agentic technologies in integration services, shaping future-ready offerings that resonate with industry needs.
• Build and nurture relationships with Vendors, supporting joint value propositions and presenting to prospective clients together with the sales team
Your skill and experience
• Proven track record defining and executing enterprise integration strategies
• Experience and a proven track record of implementing Integration projects
• Expertise with D365 F&O/CE including data entities, OData, DMF, and custom services
• Strong Azure Integration Services knowledge that includes Azure functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, APIM and Event Grid
• Architectural knowledge with good understanding of Integration Patterns, Hybrid Integration and Microservice architecture
• Strong communication skills and experience with Distributed Delivery experience (Off-Shore / On-Shore project delivery)
• Passion and a genuine interest for Integration Cloud technologies and products
• Understanding of GenAI, Agentic workflows, and their application in enterprise integration.
