Contract Management Manager

About the role:-

The role will involve leading independently commercial and contract management (“CCM”) support for a Platinum Account within Capgemini including: 

• Analysis, reviews, drafting, and redlining contract documents and commercial proposals.
• Proactive management of Platinum Account from a contractual perspective.
• Leading contract and/or commercial negotiations with Clients of Capgemini.
• Providing contract business support internally.

General Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

• Full ownership, responsibility and accountability for commercial and contract support provided to internal clients including analysis, insights, contract queries resolution, disputes.
• Collaborate with SMEs to identify commercial risks, assess their likelihood and impact, and evaluate them within the context of the proposed services and customers.
• Lead planning and preparation of client meetings, presentations and negotiations. Prepare and participate in client’s meetings.

Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification):

• Experience in Commercial and Contract Management (preferably with managed services) or similar area for 10+ years.
• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in IT, Economics / Law / Finance / Administration or related field.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent Negotiation skills.
• Very good problem-solving skills and business-oriented mindset.
• Ability to perform in complex cross-functional business environment under tight timelines.
• Self-motivated and self-development approach.
• MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point skills on the advanced level.
• Fluent knowledge of English (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of AI in contractual context and other languages will be an advantage
• Very good interpersonal skills: capable of interacting with internal and external Clients on VP level.
• Experience in drafting / reviewing IT contractual documents.
• Acumen in commercial and legal aspects of contract.
• Leadership skills; ability to influence peer group

Your Security Clearance

To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standardchecks.
There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last3 years, further checks may be required.
There are other criteria and check required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will beasked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality
