YOUR ROLE
As a Consultant / Senior Consultant in our Operational Analytics team, you will work directly to help clients make tangible improvements to their operations through Data, Analytics and AI. Your assignments may focus on supply chain, capital infrastructure and asset management, process intelligence, commercial analytics or other operational challenges across the public and private sectors.
In your role, you will:
Work alongside clients and multidisciplinary teams to understand challenges and design, build, test and deliver AI-enhanced analytics solutions.
Apply analytics, AI and automation techniques to areas such as supply chain planning, forecasting, logistics, network optimisation, asset reliability, process improvement and cost-to-serve analysis.
Turn complex data into clear analyses, models, dashboards and decision-support tools that help clients act on insights.
Understand business challenges, identify opportunities for AI-enabled transformation, gather and translate stakeholder requirements, and help shape practical solutions that deliver measurable operational value
Take ownership of defined tasks or a workstream, with responsibility increasing in line with your experience, and contribute to high-quality project delivery.
Support proposals, reusable assets and new ideas that strengthen our Operational Analytics capability, while sharing knowledge and helping teammates grow.
Keep learning as AI technology evolves, considering responsible use, explainability and appropriate governance throughout delivery.

YOUR PROFILE
You should have a skillset that combines rigorous thinking, creativity and thoughtful leadership.
We welcome people with different backgrounds and routes into technology. You do not need to meet every criterion to apply. We are interested in candidates who bring hands-on delivery experience in some of the areas below, or a strong practical interest in AI technology and the motivation to develop these skills.
AI analytics and decision intelligence: experience applying AI, machine learning, advanced analytics or data science techniques to generate insights and support business decision-making. This may include forecasting, optimisation, anomaly detection, predictive modelling, simulation, recommendation engines, digital twins, scenario analysis, or decision-intelligence solutions that improve operational performance and business outcomes.
AI-driven workflow orchestration and automation: experience designing, building or deploying AI-enabled workflows that combine data, analytics and automation to improve operational outcomes. Familiarity with agentic AI, workflow orchestration, Model Context Protocol (MCP), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool integration, decision-support systems, and human-in-the-loop processes would be beneficial.
AI-enhanced process mining and process intelligence: experience with Process Mining tools (Celonis, SAP Signavio), and an understanding of event data, process discovery, process conformance, bottleneck analysis and process improvement.
Observability and digital operations analytics: experience using observability platforms such as Dynatrace or comparable tools to analyse system performance, application behaviour and operational processes. Familiarity with distributed tracing, telemetry data, root-cause analysis, service dependency mapping, anomaly detection and AI-assisted operational insights would be advantageous.
Entity resolution and contextual intelligence: experience with Quantexa or comparable decision intelligence, entity resolution and contextual analytics platforms.
Graph and network analytics: experience with Neo4j, Cypher or graph algorithms to explore relationships, dependencies, flows or networks.
Cloud-based analytics and data automation: practical skills in SQL, Python or Alteryx for data preparation, integration and repeatable workflows, plus visualisation experience with Power BI, Tableau or Qlik.
Data pipelines and quality: an understanding of data extraction, transformation, normalisation, validation and quality controls for scalable analytics or AI solutions.
Consulting and collaboration: ability to structure ambiguous problems, communicate clearly, work with diverse teams and turn complex analysis into useful recommendations.
Delivery ownership: confidence managing your own work and, for more experienced candidates, leading a workstream and supporting the development of others.
