Our Manufacturing, Automotive & Life Sciences (MALS) market unit is seeking a motivated and ambitious Client Manager focusing on the UK Automotive Sector. Someone who is ready to lead with confidence and help shape the future of our business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong relationships and driving growth in key areas of our client accounts, with the opportunity to expand our presence across the sector.
You’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive team of delivery experts, solution architects, and client executives. We believe in lifting each other up, and you’ll receive the guidance and encouragement needed to succeed and grow in your role. You’ll report directly to the UK Head of Automotive and work closely with a network of professionals who value your voice and vision.
We’re especially interested in candidates with experience and a strong interest in the Manufacturing and Automotive domain with a passion for emerging technologies.

 

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

  • Hold full P&L responsibility for the assigned strategic account, ensuring financial performance, growth, and profitability across the client portfolio.

Your skills and experience

  • Team spirit and flexibility to support other deals outside of your area, when needed
  • Experience in managing client relationships
  • Knowledge around the relevant technology solutions, operating models and a view of business-critical outcomes and success factors
  • A mix of commercial/business and consulting experience
  • Experiencing working with commercial models, estimation techniques, pricing trends, and SOW documents
  • Ability to innovatively and constructively challenge the status quo to drive forward the business
  • Able to operate with a high degree of independence as well as being part of a team
  • An understanding of Life science industry

Your security clearance

To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.

There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.

There are other criteria and check required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
