About the Job you are considering:
We are seeking a Capital Markets Manager (C2) to join its Post Trade Practice, responsible for managing and delivering client engagements across Capital Markets transformation initiatives. The role focuses on improving front-to-back securities processes, optimizing market infrastructure usage, and supporting regulatory change initiatives including CSDR, Accelerated Settlement, and Transaction Reporting regulations.
The successful candidate will lead client projects, contribute to business development activities, support practice growth, and mentor junior team members while working closely with senior leadership and clients across the financial services industry.
Hybrid working:
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role:
- Lead and deliver Capital Markets consulting and transformation projects.
- Analyze, design, and implement solutions to address client business requirements.
- Engage with clients throughout project delivery and proposal development.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and escalations.
- Support business development through proposal creation and solution design.
- Contribute to regulatory and market-driven change initiatives.
- Mentor junior consultants and support team development.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Support thought leadership and internal practice initiatives.
