Job Title: Business Risk Manager – London/Northampton

About the Job you are considering:
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead and deliver complex, large-scale business transformation programme. The role requires strong expertise in financial services, end-to-end programme delivery, stakeholder management, and governance across multi-year, multi-workstream initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive strategic outcomes, ensure alignment with change framework, and oversee delivery across business, technology, and operational streams.

Hybrid working:
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Job Role:

• Lead programme planning, roadmap definition, RAID management, and governance, ensuring compliance with Change Framework (BCF).
• Manage multiple cross-functional workstreams including business, operations, technology, risk, compliance, and external partners.
• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders (MD/Director level) to shape business outcomes, define success measures, and ensure alignment with organisational strategy.
  
  

Job Role:

• Drive business readiness, operating model design, process improvements, and change adoption for impacted teams.
• Oversee financial management of the programme including budgeting, forecasting, benefit tracking, and cost control.
• Provide clear, structured reporting through steering committees, PMOs, and executive forums. Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure programme artefacts, documentation, and governance adhere to regulatory and audit expectations.

• Lead and mentor project managers and cross-functional members, ensuring consistent delivery excellence.
