Hybrid working:
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver end-to-end functional analysis across complex Treasury and transaction-driven processes
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define scope, validate assumptions, and assess business impact
- Analyze current-state processes and contribute to designing target-state operating models
Produce high-quality BA artefacts including:
- Business & functional requirements
- Process flows
- Assumptions, dependencies, and constraints
- Impact assessments
Act as a senior functional lead during delivery, managing scope, risks, dependencies, and change
Engage with stakeholders across:
- Business
- Operations
- Risk
- Finance
- Legal
- Technology
Contribute to initiatives involving Digital Assets, tokenisation, and Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT)
Assess impact on Treasury functions including:
- Liquidity management
- Settlement flows
- Operating models
- Controls and regulatory obligations
Apply sound judgment in evaluating emerging technologies and their integration with existing systems
Domain Focus
This role is aligned to Treasury transformation initiatives, including:
- Core Treasury platforms
- Digital Assets & tokenisation
- Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) implementations
Your Job
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in Investment Banking / Financial Services
- Proven track record in large-scale transformation programs involving multiple systems and workstreams
Strong understanding of:
- Transaction & trading lifecycles
- Downstream impacts across risk, finance, and reporting
- Expertise in Agile / Hybrid delivery models
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex and ambiguous problems
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
Working knowledge of:
- Digital Assets / DLT (from business/process perspective)
- Feasibility, operating model impact, and delivery risks
Ability to translate business objectives and regulatory requirements into actionable inputs for technology teams
Experience with tools for:
- Documentation
- Code repositories
- Issue tracking
- Collaboration platforms
