Role: Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will play a key role in identifying and analyzing business problems and client requirements, translating them into actionable solutions that drive organizational change and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

• Problem Identification & Analysis:
  • Analyze business problems and client requirements that necessitate change within the organization.
• Requirements Development:
  • Develop clear, comprehensive business requirements to address identified problems and opportunities.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations.
• Business Case Support:
  • Assist in creating business cases that justify investment in proposed solutions.
• Feasibility Studies:
  • Conduct feasibility assessments to determine the viability of proposed solutions.
• Project Reporting:
  • Support the creation of progress reports to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
• Operational & Process Design:
  • Develop operational and process designs to ensure solutions are delivered within agreed scope.
• Change Management:
  • Contribute to change management activities, including development of a traceability matrix to ensure successful implementation and embedding of solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in business analysis within complex organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to create detailed business requirements and process documentation.
• Experience in feasibility studies and business case development.
• Familiarity with change management principles and tools.
