Job Title: Banking Business Analyst

The Banking Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and support transformation initiatives within the banking domain. This role requires strong communication skills and expertise in core banking systems and processes. 

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Analyze and model business processes using BPMN standards.
• Support transformation programs and multi-supplier delivery environments.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong knowledge of banking domain and core banking platforms.
• Proven experience in business requirements gathering and analysis.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience in BPMN process modeling.
• Exposure to transformation programs and multi-supplier environments.
• Familiarity with major core banking systems (e.g., Temenos, Finacle, Flexcube).
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in banking.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or BPMN is a plus.
