Role: Business Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with deep domain expertise in Corporate Banking, particularly in Core Banking Products, Lending, and Surround Systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of banking business processes, data models, and architecture frameworks such as BIAN. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Lead and facilitate business workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement walkthroughs.
- Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
- Map and optimize end-to-end business processes, particularly in Corporate Lending Origination and Servicing.
- Work closely with technology teams to ensure solutions align with business goals and architectural standards.
- Support testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business expectations.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Banking Business Architecture and Common Data Model.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking domain, with a focus on Corporate Banking.
- Strong knowledge of Core Banking Products, Surround Systems, and Digital Channels.
- Deep understanding of Corporate Lending Products, including origination and servicing workflows.
- Familiarity with BIAN Capability Model and BIAN Architecture.
- Experience working with Banking Business Architecture and Common Data Models.
- Proficiency in standard BA tools and techniques: requirements elicitation, process modeling, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Experience in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
