Your Role

• Lead software testing initiatives with 14+ years of experience
• Drive test automation using Selenium (Java/C#) and Playwright
• Implement scalable automation frameworks across enterprise systems
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab)
• Conduct API testing using Postman and service virtualization tools
• Collaborate with Agile teams on test strategy and acceptance criteria
• Ensure traceability across SDLC/STLC phases and Agile ceremonies
• Mentor QA engineers and promote testing best practices across squads

Your Profile

• Hands-on with Selenium, Azure DevOps/TFS, Postman, Playwright
• Proficient in Java, Python, JavaScript for automation scripting
• Strong understanding of Agile, SDLC/STLC, and QA methodologies
• Experienced in CI/CD tools and pipeline integration
• Proven ability to lead and mentor QA teams across projects
• Individual contributor with strong client-facing communication skills
• Trusted quality advocate with cross-functional collaboration experience.
