We are looking for experienced Strategy and AI leaders with strong commercial acumen, individuals who understand AI technologies and can translate them into enterprise-wide transformation. You will lead engagements from strategy through to execution, enabling the shift toward AI-enabled enterprises whilst contributing to the growth of our AI Strategy practice.
YOUR ROLE
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and delivery, perfect for someone who thrives on solving complex problems. From Agentic AI in risk governance, to AI sovereignty in enterprise architecture, to enabling the AI-empowered workforce of tomorrow, you’ll be working at the cutting edge of what’s next.
We REDEFINE strategy – You will work with clients to define their ambition for AI, identify high-impact use cases and design prioritisation frameworks that guide investment to ensure AI initiatives are aligned with business goals and built for scale.
We ENABLE business transformation with AI – You will help clients disrupt their business model to embed AI and automation into core business processes to unlock new capabilities, drive efficiency, and deliver measurable impact.
We BUILD scalable AI capability - You will help organisations develop and scale AI across functions, embedding the right skills, tools, governance and culture to enable sustainable adoption. From operating models to talent strategy, we ensure AI becomes a core part of how the business operates.
We DRIVE responsible AI adoption - You will help organisations design and implement robust frameworks to safely and responsibly deploy, monitor and assure AI. We ensure AI is used transparently, securely, and inline with core business values.
We SUPERCHARGE delivery - We leverage the power of AI to accelerate delivery and drive innovation for our clients and our business. As part of this role you will be encouraged to experiment with new AI and automation technologies to build proof of concepts, augment research and automate tasks.
As part of your role alongside client work you will have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:
- Business Development - Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
- Internal contribution - Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
- Learning & development - Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.
YOUR PROFILE
As a member of the Data & AI Strategy Team, you’ll be part of shaping the future of AI consulting. You’ll help organisations unlock value from AI by combining strategic thinking, technology understanding, and delivery experience. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you’ll define AI opportunities, shape practical strategies, and support implementation to drive real outcomes.
Key skills:
Growth mindset & AI curiosity – Actively explore emerging technologies (especially GenAI and agentic systems) and apply them to solve real business challenges.
Strategic problem solving – Structure complex, ambiguous problems and develop clear, actionable AI strategies and roadmaps aligned to business goals.
Communication & stakeholder engagement – Confident working with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives for senior audiences.
Data & AI expertise – Strong understanding of data ecosystems and AI capabilities (e.g. ML, GenAI, analytics), with the ability to connect technology to tangible business value.
AI strategy & delivery experience – Experience across the lifecycle from discovery and use case definition through to delivery and implementation support.
Capability building & responsible AI – Experience developing AI capabilities (operating models, readiness, training) alongside awareness of AI ethics, risk, and governance.
Technology & delivery experience:
Understanding of GenAI, LLMs, and agentic systems, and their practical application
Workshop design and facilitation to drive ideation and alignment
Strong presentation, storytelling, and executive communication skills
Delivery of high-quality outputs (e.g. strategies, business cases, prototypes)
Awareness of end-to-end delivery, linking strategy through to execution
Senior Consultants:
Bring proven experience delivering AI strategy and transformation projects, with the ability to own workstreams, engage clients independently, and bridge strategy and delivery to drive measurable outcomes.
