Your Role
Are you a motivated Junior Analyst looking to start your career in a transformation and regulatory environment? Join our team in Lisbon and support KYC/AML and Client Lifecycle Management teams through incident coordination, training support and clear communication.
In this role, you will:
- Support product incident tracking and status update communications for internal KYC tools.
- Assist in the creation of training materials and digital learning content.
- Maintain knowledge repositories (SharePoint / Teams) with up-to-date documentation.
- Collaborate with business, IT and product teams in agile transformation initiatives.
- Support stakeholder meetings, workshops and internal communications.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, Media, Communications or similar (or 1–2 years of relevant trainee/internship experience).
- Fluent in English, written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex topics.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
- Interest in KYC/AML, regulatory processes and transformation projects.
- Autonomous, hands-on and eager to learn on the job.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional and agile teams.
- Experience with media or digital content creation is a strong plus, but not mandatory.
