Transformation & Industrialization Lead

At Capgemini Engineering Portugal, we are shaping the future of engineering and digital transformation by combining innovation, technology, and deep industry expertise. We are looking for a Transformation & Industrialization Lead to join our team, playing a key role in driving strategic initiatives that enhance delivery excellence, operational efficiency, and scalability across the organization. Working closely with the Head of Transformation & Industrialization, you will support the execution of transformation programs and the adoption of industrialized ways of working across multiple business units and projects.

As a Transformation & Industrialization Lead, you will:

• Lead and deliver transformation initiatives (organizational, processes, and tools) across engineering and delivery teams;
• Drive the industrialization of delivery, implementing standardized frameworks, methodologies, and best practices;
• Support integration and harmonization efforts across teams, business units, and newly integrated entities;
• Define and monitor KPIs and performance metrics, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement;
• Establish and reinforce governance models for complex, cross-functional programsIdentify and implement efficiency and optimization opportunities (automation, reuse, accelerators);
• Engage with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and execution;
• Support change management initiatives and drive adoption of new ways of working.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience with delivery frameworks (Managed Services, Service based models, Workpackage/task based models, or hybrid models);
• Demonstrated track record in leading complex programs or strategic initiatives;
• Experience with delivery frameworks (Agile, SAFe, or hybrid models);
• Strong understanding of operating models, processes, and organizational transformation;
• Ability to operate in complex, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholdersExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on results and executionFluency in English and Portuguese;
• Nice to have: Experience in integration or post-M&A environments; Exposure to industrialized delivery models or operational excellence initiatives; Certifications in Agile, SAFe, or Project Management.
